Aug 2008 - PUC application submitted
Aug 2008 - 100% Design
Nov 2008 - Full Funding Grant Agreement approved by Federal Government
Winter 2008 - Full Construction begins
Late 2012 - Construction complete
Early 2013 - West Corridor Opens
