GUNBARREL STATION WORKING GROUP MEETING, APRIL 3, 2008On
April 3, 2008, the Gunbarrel Station Working Group Meeting took place
to discuss Gunbarrel's proposed commuter rail station. At the meeting,
which attracted 35 participants, the RTD FasTracks Northwest Rail
Project Team recommended setting aside the Gunbarrel East station site
and carrying forward the Gunbarrel West station site for further
evaluation in the Northwest Rail Environmental Evaluation. Click on the

NORTHWEST RAIL SEPTEMBER 2007 PUBLIC WORKSHOPS
In September 2007, The RTD FasTracks Northwest Rail Environmental Evaluation held a series of Public Workshops in Denver, Broomfield and Boulder/Gunbarrel that focused on the issue of Commuter Rail vehicle technology (Diesel or Electric) for the corridor. The workshops presented and provided information about the preliminary project recommendations for technology. The Public Workshops also provided the opportunity for the public to learn more, speak with project representatives, and comment on the project recommendation.
