Northwest Rail - B Line
Northwest Rail Line is a 41-mile high-capacity, fixed-guideway transit project from Denver Union Station to Longmont, passing through North Denver, Adams County, Westminster, Broomfield, Louisville and Boulder.The first 6.2-mile segment of the Northwest Rail Line from Denver Union Station to south Westminster (71st Ave. and Lowell Blvd.) is funded as part of the Eagle P3 project. This commuter rail project opened July 25, 2016.

The Northwest Area Mobility Study started in May 2013 and lasted for about 13 months. It developed a prioritized list of mobility improvements for the Northwest area of the Regional Transportation District's (RTD) service area.
