Denver, April 9, 2015 -- The Regional Transportation District (RTD) Board of Directors has officially named David Genova Interim General Manager, following the announced departure of outgoing General Manager Phillip A. Washington. Washington, who submitted his resignation in March 2015, will officially leave his RTD post on April 15 to assume the helm of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan
Transportation Authority (LA Metro).

RTD marks progress on its Aurora Lne/I-225 Rail project
Aurora, Colo., April 30, 2015 -- The Regional Transportation District (RTD) commemorated progress on its latest light rail construction project. The I-225 Rail Line is nearly 60 percent complete and the project team hosted the "Connecting Aurora Through Rail-- Celebrating Progress" event to mark this milestone.
