News Flash - Commuter Rail Car Specification Released for Industry Review

RTD has developed a comprehensive specification of the commuter rail cars it anticipates will be deployed as part of RTD's Public-Private Partnership Project.  RTD wishes to engage the rail car manufacturing industry in discussing these draft requirements in advance of issuance of the Draft PPP Project RFP.
